What is Forest Therapy?
Developed in Japan during the 1980's Shinrin Yoku a term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" has become pivotal in the healing and preventative health care in Japan medicine. Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Therapy, is simply the natural medicine of being in the restorative and protective realm of the forest.
