Add 2-5 drops of Ylang-Ylang essence to the bowl and, with your head covered in a towel, lower your face 6 inches above the bowl and allow the steam to open your pores for 5 minutes. This shouldn’t be painful, so if it hurts, just let the water cool down a little more.
